I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations, although they felt very outdated, especially the bathroom and carpet. The service was not helpful initially but improved when they moved me to a quieter room. The location was very convenient, not too far from downtown, and perfect for a girls' trip. The dining options were good but ended early, and the breakfast wasn't what I expected.

The hotel room was larger than expected and had everything we could have hoped for. However, it was uncomfortably hot at 90 degrees when we would walk in, and it also smelled like smoke. The restroom had a really bad stench of pee, making it not suitable for a family trip.

The staff was fun, friendly, and interacted with us in a nice manner. However, there was some confusion as they said that the pool was closed, yet people were swimming in it, making it a bit awkward. The dry cleaning and laundry service were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
